What is our current conflict of interest policy?
Your conflict of interest policy (adopted March 2024) requires annual disclosure by all board members and key employees. Directors must recuse themselves from any vote in which they have a financial interest. Full policy: Governance Manual, Section 4.2.
When is our next 990 filing deadline?
Based on your fiscal year ending December 31, your Form 990 is due approximately 4.5 months after your fiscal year close. Your compliance calendar shows the preparation kickoff scheduled 60 days prior to the filing deadline. Source: Compliance Calendar, Item FC-001.
